"House and pool are really beautiful and well maintained. Furniture is functional and comfortable. We loved our stay!! Couple caveats to set expectations:1. This is the first VRBO we've ever stayed in that wasn't stocked with essentials like tp & toiletries so that was a surprise. Baths had 1 roll of TP until we got to the store. Flashlights but no batteries -citronella candles and empty box of matches...I guess 50/50 in Cape Coral as to whether the host provides these. Wish I knew to pack better.2. Host asks guests to leave things better than they found it. Sadly the prior guests did not with fishing gear, and fishing off the dock was our primary purpose for the visit. We spent an exorbitant amount of time/money to respool line on all the rods. See photos/tips for fishing! 3. We don't allow tv in bedrooms at home and my teens enjoy that treat on vacay. No cable, so guests are asked to stream their own services. The master and 1 of 3 bedrooms had smart tvs.The other 2 guest rooms had basic tvs with antenna only. 1 kid got a functional tv & 1 didn't so there was sibling war.4. This is the furthest north we've stayed in Cape Coral. It's a more commercial area and less vacation-vibes outside the beautiful house. Found ourselves driving south toward Cape Coral pkwy for meals out. It's mostly chain restaurants nearby this property.Just being candid for future guests to decide if this place is right for them.We truly loved our stay & highly recommend house & host! "

"I have rented numerous houses over the last 20 years and this house is easily my favorite. The view was OUTSTANDING. I could see water from darn near every room that I was in. The owners thought of everything from plastic dishes (I have a 9 year old), window/door coverings for complete privacy at night, AC in the garage converted into a game room (which is rare to find), numerous pool toys, and so much more. There were 6 of us and we had PLENTY of room. I really enjoyed just sitting in the living room watching a movie and seeing water views to my left and to my right. Enjoyed watched the jet skiers and boats going by. The sunsets were spectacular! I can't speak about the kitchen too much since we didn't really cook. I prefer not to cook while on vacation. They did have plenty of garbage cans and liners in the kitchen which was nice. Communication with Toni and Tom was superb. Had a few issues at the start and Tom stopped by to address them. Super nice guy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The welcome gifts were a nice surprise. Everyone loved the cookies! There was also a case of cold water in the fridge which we appreciated after traveling. The pool was outstanding and we spent MANY hours playing with the basketball pool toy. I really can't say enough about this home except I am already looking at staying here next summer. "

"This house looked like a model home the way it was furnished and decorated. It was very beautiful and the boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing in the canal. I would definitely stay here again if I visit this area again!!"

"My family of 5 including different age groups of children all enjoyed the stay. Great quiet neighborhood, close to everything needed and the beaches. Waking up to the view and watching the sunrise and sunset is beautiful. The pool is absolutely amazing and very relaxing over the water. We stayed for 2 weeks and took advantage of the kayaks, pool and dock to fish off of. Parking was easy even with bringing trailers and a boat. We were able to fit in the driveway just fine. We loved the closeness to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. We had an issue with electrical outlets first days and host was gonna send someone out but we found that if you reset the GFCI outlet in the master bath that is also resets the outlets in the other bathroom and rooms across the house. There was great communication with the host or property management. Pool cleaners and lawn care was taken care of without even knowing they were there. Very easy check in process. The floors we gorgeous just hard to keep clean without cleaning products being there, but since we stayed for a couple weeks it wasn’t nothing to get our own to keep up with the cleaning. Great stay, beautiful home, quite neighborhood and close to grocery, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Great for families. "
