Buses and trains within easy reach (15/20 minute walk). Entry to the rooms are by code which was texted to me. There wasn’t anyone around when we arrived but the next morning the receptionist was very helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment was clean, had useful amenities. The included breakfast was round the corner at a restaurant; and lovely too. We stayed for 3 nights. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bedroom is tiny, dominated by the queen bed, with only about 30cm of space along each side. The room had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The do-not-disturb sign to hang on the door also had an option to advise a pet is inside the room. "Check in was easy. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, the only negative was the bed was small and one side difficult to get out of due to the sloping roof. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. We borrowed 2 bikes which we enjoyed being able to explore a bit further. The pool area is lovely, warm and relaxing. When i asked about checking out early due to catching a train the receptionist offered a packed lunch which we appreciated. Would stay here again if we return to...

"Set in a scenic and peaceful location, this made a great stop over for us on a long road trip. It’s in new condition and beautifully clean. Was nice to have a swim after a long drive and then eat in the hotels restaurant that had an extensive menu for dinner and breakfast. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a pity we couldn’t spend several days there but will try to stay again on our return journey. Plenty of on site parking space."
