From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew this hotel was something special. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, with tasteful décor and a calming atmosphere—but what truly set the experience apart was the staff.
👥 Staff Excellence Marianne who received us, embodied professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Check-in was swift and seamless, offering helpful local tips and a sincere smile that made me feel instantly at home.
🍽️ Breakfast was equally impressive, served at your room, it was just fabulous.
🛏️ Room & Amenities The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. Every detail reflected thoughtful design and care. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the staff were knowledgeable and kind, making our trip in Milano as unique experience.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who are attentive and provide an excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the niche touches of sweets and water in reception and the complimentary minibar for night one are a memorable touch. This is my second stay at this lovely hotel and I can’t recommend it enough.
