elegant condominium. The interior is completely remodeled, equipped with
new furniture and all modern accessories.
The entrance is in a large open space in which there are 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed,
dining table and chairs that serve as a partition between sleeping and
living areas. The living room has a balcony overlooking the driveway.
Next to it is a well-equipped kitchenette.
Milan Modern Stay is completed by 1 bathroom with a shower stall.

in the Sant`Agostino / Sant`Ambrogio neighborhood. The neighborhood is
central, among old and elegant buildings and well served by commercial
activities, services and transportation.
The nearest subway stop less than 200 meters away is the Sant`Agostino stop on the MM2 (green) line.
Bus and streetcar lines are also very close. Cattolica University is
less than 1 km away on foot. Bocconi University is also very close, less
than 2 km away.



- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Change of Bed linen/towels upon request: euro 75 per apartment per week.
