Needs more electric mains outlets!!
I did enjoy my stay at the B&B. The room was spartan, but in decent enough condition and comfort was 5 out of 10. The main issue I have is that the room I stayed in had virtually no mains outlets to charge my electronics and none close to the bed for my CPAP. I had to physically rearrange the room to have an outlet close enough to use my unit. Given the prevalence of CPAPs out there one would expect most remodeled hotels would recognize the need for a mains outlet near the bed (even for phone charging etc). Breakfast was quite good and it was quiet.

There is a disco club under the building, and you feel like you are in the club at night! It's horrible! And the older guy who works during the night is rude and horrible. Every time I talk to him and see people talk to him, he is always so rude. I complained about the noise to him, and he acted like it was normal and did not care at all! Anyway, I don't know why B&B is three stars! It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! By the way, the bed is so small and so uncomfortable! I got back pain from it!

Milan off-central area
The hotel is comfortable but simple. It is well-located near the metro and rail station (2 metro stops to Garibaldi station) and a quiet residential area with some family run restaurants that provide good food at prices much better than the central area. What mars the hotel is a disco next to the hotel that blasts loud music lasting to 4-5 a.m. on the weekends.

Lovely hotel, staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel was 2 mins from metro and 6 mins from the centre of Milan via metro so it was very convenient. Stayed there for 2 nights and loved every bit of it as it was quiet and away from the noise of the centre.

Really happy with the room. Shower room was very small. Friendly service at breakfast. Extra pillow in the room was great. Only.thing that was annoyimg was a smoke detecter flashing a blue light every 4 seconds into the room. Im fine as once asleep, i dont wake up easily, but might be a problem for other guests. Maybe it just needs a new battery?

Easy parking, also with large car. About 40min walk to the city centre. Went to the milano summer festival, also 40min walk. There is a night club on the property, but did not bother us in our room. All over a good stay, would recommend.

The location was great. Right next to the metro and train to get into the centre. The maid service was wonderful. The rooms were very clean every day! On day 3 we got stuck in the lift, and this was jolting us up and down. After ringing the emergency bell and banging on the doors shouting and trying to open the lift doors ourselves, eventually the door opened back on reception to which the staff was just watching us. No ask to see if we was ok. No urgency to help us out the lift. From this point, we only used to the stairs and we was on the 6th floor, with cases. This put a damper on the hotel for us as even when we checked out we was never asked about our stay to feedback. When we tried to feedback the staff just looked at us blankly, so from this point we had no trust in either the lift or reception staff to help if it happened again.

So I did not expect great luxury, but have stayed in other hotels of the same chain which were modern, clean and comfortable even if sometimes not in the greatest locations. This one however, on a recent business trip for just one night , had the charme of a youth hostel. The room was big but had three relatively small separate beds, the floor was tiled and cold, the bathroom looked tired (and did not have a toilet brush…), no plugs near the bed, and the bedside lamp not working. Breakfast was nothing to write home about either. Reception was friendly, they do have an underground car park…

Ideal location if heading to the San Siro. The room was really clean, albeit basic & the staff were friendly and helpful. The €7 breakfast was also good value for money. The only downside is the nightclub beneath the hotel which was very loud & continues late into the night

Excellent hotel, with easy tram and underground stop right outside. Hotel is very accommodating, they have a small shop infront of the reception where you can buy snacks and water. Room is very spacious and has very good AC. Breakfast is very good however bit limited for vegetarians. They also have a roof terrace on the 5th floor which has amazing views.

Good location right in Chinatown. A bit far from the train station but tram line 10 drops you off close to the hotel. A little hard to find at first as it is located in a businesa park. Good TV which you can cast from and good AC. Overall greay stay !

Quite a bit of music late into the night. Not sure if there's a bar or club nearby, but would recommend requesting a quiet room if this is a concern. Also prepaid through the site, but got asked to pay again at check in (and ended up needing to get a refund for this second payment, which I'm still waiting to receive).

Amazing hotel. Walking distance to restaurants, metro, and Chinatown. Safe, quiet, and modern. Great breakfast, and LOVED having TV channels with choices of different languages (very tourist friendly).
