Pésima opción
Definitivamente no volvería!!! EL OLOR A HUMEDAD ERA INSOPORTABLE! No tenia ventana el baño y claramente tiene problemas de humedad la habitación. Un ASCO el olor. La caja de seguridad no andaba. Tuve que hablarles via whatsapp que aun estoy esperando que me contesten. Por suerte una de las chicas que limpia me lo solucionó (poniendole pilas nuevas) para hacer más rápido. Tristemente jamas me contestaron de la administración. No me dio seguridad para nada el lugar porque no hay ninguna recepción ni ninguna persona que te haga el check-in, es todo virtual. Todo. Por ende sales o entras y nadie controla que se colee alguien con la puerta automática. Es un edificio sin seguridad. El calentador del baño tampoco andaba. Y las paredes todas marcadas. Muy mal estado. Poco cuidado todo. NO LO RECOMIENDO NO VOLVERÍA CLARO.

No hay recepción y la limpieza de las habitaciones es mala. Habían telarañas grandes en un rincón de la habitación y en las esquinas, la cafetera da asco de lo sucia que está. La cama no es cómoda y mucho menos las almohadas, son extremadamente duras y grandes. La ubicación es buena, sector tranquilo.

Super lokalizacja i sam obiekt.
Pokój bardo czysty, w pokoju stoi czajnik, jest kawa i herbata. W łazience jest niezbędny zestaw kosmetyków. Bezobsługowa forma rejestracji, wystarczy dostarczonym kodem otworzyć główne drzwi do obiektu, później otrzymaną kartą otwiera się drzwi do pokoju i uruchamia oświetlenie w całym pomieszczeniu. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. W sąsiedztwie liczne restauracje, blisko do tramwaju którym w ciągu 15 min. można dostać się do centrum.

Stayed during the week for three nights. Checked in information by email contact within prompt reply. The room with double bed in number 1 compacted perfect for everything l need but don’t forget to bring your ear plugs nice your room next to the street from Italians dogs walking talking day and night. Just close the window firmly. There’s also the morning market on Thursday next to your window. Local vibes! Future metro station in plaza Tricolore. Bars café restaurants all around this nice quiet area. Basically tram 9 to the central station or the opposite direction to the canal. Tram 19 to last supper. It takes 15-20 to Duomo on foot. Get tickets in metro station for tram too. Possible to leave the luggage in the meeting room while checking out. Love to come bs I once the price is still so competitive as now. People kept social distance wearing masks in Milano. Ciao !

Una piacevole sorpresa per soggiornare a Milano
In generale esperienza positiva. Ho apprezzato in particolar modo la posizione della struttura, che si trova in una zona tranquilla della città, la pulizia della camera, la possibilità di effettuare il check in online, anche se la procedura potrebbe essere migliorata, l'ottima insonorizzazione della camera, la temperatura della stanza e anche la presenza di un piccolo frigo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo sono molto soddisfatto. Sono una persona dal sonno leggero, ma presso BellaMI devo dire che ho dormito tranquillamente e bene. Considererò la struttura sicuramente per i prossimi viaggi a Milano

Ottime posizione, pulizia e condizioni dell'hotel. L'assenza di una reception stabile o, almeno, di un canale di comunicazione immediato e diretto crea qualche problema rendendo impossibile segnalare, come accaduto, schiamazzi protratti fino alle 2 di mattina

Come indicato in tutte le comunicazioni, siamo reperibili in orari di ufficio. Non c'è consiergerie 24\7. Non capisco dal commento se si parla di schiamazzi dentro la struttura o fuori.
