And just 50 metres away is Parco Solari, one of the city’s green lungs, featuring a playground and an indoor pool.

The apartment’s generous size comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

High-speed Wi-Fi, two desks, and air conditioning make it possible for multiple people to work remotely at the same time.

The furnishings exude a timeless, understated elegance, enlivened by the silvery reflections of the coloured walls. The apartment’s charm is completed by a giant mural of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, which covers an entire wall of the elegant kitchen and, with a touch of “magic,” as if you were stepping into a film, transforms it into a charming spot in the Galleria—the beating heart of Milanese history—complete with small tables and adjustable stools, where you can enjoy a cappuccino or an aperitif at any hour, or perhaps, why not, snap a playful selfie.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-performance designer appliances, such as an electric oven with grill and “steam cooking” functions, a 4-burner induction cooktop with Power function, timer, and safety stop, a touch-screen range hood, a large refrigerator with a “wine cellar” section, a separate freezer, a quiet dishwasher with automatic door opening, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and a microwave. Everything you need for cooking is provided (including pots, baking sheets, and cake pans, a citrus juicer, a blender, an electric mixer, and a food processor), as well as everything needed to serve meals in style, from designer oil cruets to cutting boards and serving platters, or wine and liqueur glasses. It is therefore also suitable for extended stays

The paintings on display (oil on canvas depicting various subjects) are originals, the work of a single artist, who can be contacted upon request.



The space

The apartment consists of a living area and a sleeping area, which can be separated.



Living area: spacious eat-in kitchen, large dining area with a table for 8 people, living area with two sofas—one of which converts into a double bed—a desk, and a 50-inch TV.



Sleeping area: hallway, two very large bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms with windows and large shower areas (one with a separate bathroom closet), and a storage room (with washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron).



The apartment is completed by two balconies: one, which is large and liveable, faces south and is accessible from the dining area and the master bedroom; it is furnished with a small table and two chairs; and a “utility” balcony, facing north, connected to the kitchen, with a clothesline and other amenities.

One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds that can be joined upon request. This request must be received at least two days prior to arrival, and a fee of 20 euros is payable upon arrival.



Upon your arrival, we will hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.

At check-in, you will be asked to present your ID card for registration purposes.

You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan).

For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax ID number.

We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in hours, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist with any requests, recommendations, or information regarding your stay in Milan.
