In the immediate vicinity, there is a tram stop that allows you to move comfortably throughout Milan.



The space is simple, well-maintained and functional. It consists of:

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor (not street level), within a secure and private context. It does not have direct access from the street, ensuring greater privacy and tranquillity.

As provided for by Italian public safety regulations, before arrival all guests must complete the identification procedure through our secure check-in system. The procedure may include entering identity document details and an identity verification. Guests will also be required to sign the rental contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax. The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the rental contract and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents in the guest's name.
