Delightful apartment of approximately 90 sqm, located in a residential and semi-central neighbourhood of Milan. Finely renovated and furnished with taste and functionality.



It features a spacious living area with an equipped open-plan kitchen, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. A comfortable sofa to relax and enjoy a nice film.



Two bedrooms, one double and another smaller with a convenient double sofa bed. Bathroom with large shower, window, equipped with all necessities. Two balconies overlooking the internal condominium gardens; silence and privacy guaranteed.



Near the M1 Primaticcio Metro station, and also the brand new M4 Gelsomini line, which allows reaching the city centre in a few stops, with terminus at Linate Airport.



Bus available right in front of the main entrance exit.



All primary necessity services are nearby; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, as well as several restaurants, bars/cafes.



The nearest hospital is about 4 km away, as is the Cadorna railway station, from which the Malpensa Express train departs and arrives, leading directly to Airport T1/T2.
