Please also note that upon check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax for the Municipality of Cernusco sul Naviglio, which is 1.00 per day per person for up to a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 16 and those accompanying patients admitted to healthcare facilities in the metropolitan city of Milan are exempt.

We ask that you follow the clearly posted rules in the house regarding recycling, which is mandatory in the municipality of Cernusco sul Naviglio. For stays longer than 20 nights, there is a 100 supplement for final cleaning, which will be collected at check-in (cash, credit card) along with any applicable tourist tax.
