Best place to stay if you’re here for vacation or travel. Nice cozy place with everything we need, and transportation was fantastic! The tram station right front of the place takes you to everywhere in Milan. Definitely will choose this place if we have a chance to visit Milan again.

This is a very convenient and economical place to stay, good location. The checkin process is easy. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. We stayed when there was low occupancy, otherwise it could get a bit tight in small spaces, but good value if you want to economize in Milan.

This place was spotless; it is the cleanest place I ever stayed. Nicola was always super reachable and helped with my check in and check out. The room is great for one person and had all the things you need. The view is gorgeous and there are several restaurants nearby, plus gelatto! The only downsize for me is that the shower is very small, but Im very tall (6’1”). Other than that, fantastic place and 10 stars!!!

The area is very noisy. It’s in the middle of the big crossroads and the trams work almost all night. The room is small and has very limited supplies. They have many hidden fees for cleaning, changing towels and bedding. Be aware that you have to pay for late check in. The host is very nice and informative but it would be great to include some supplies and amenities. I would not stay there again.

I did not use the kitchen. It is an apartment with a small room and small bathroom. It is not a hotel. I was charged an extra 60 Euros because I did not arrive until 1:00AM. I called the contact person when I arrived but it took time to get the luggage and get the bus which is 1 hour ride to the Centrsl Station in Milan. Then I had to wait for a taxi which took at least 15 minutes to reach the apartment. The owners called me 3 times asking me when I was going to arrive. The owners gave me 4 keys to unlock 4 separate doors. It was very confusing. Again, this is not a hotel and should not be presented as such. I was promised a view of a monument but it is completely covered for renovation. The neighborhood is lovely but not close to anything of import. There is a COIN department store very near. I stayed 1 night and promptly left in the morning.

Not a great experience

The inn is in a great location (very convenient to downtown and restaurants), and check in was straightforward. However, the room left a lot to be desired. The bed was literally a pullout sofa bed (that caused back issues for my partner and I); the bathroom - while private/ keyed access - is outside in the main entryway; the windows and walls are extremely thin; and there is no housekeeping at all. I would not recommend this stay to others.

Milan stay.

The room (4) was comfortable for one person , for two it would be a challenge. The room and bathroom very modern and clean. The bathroom is rather small…a tall person will struggle in the shower and bathroom. Also the bathroom is across a corridor not connected to the room…no issue for me but it maybe for some. Location is good with transport literally outside the door and the host was very helpful and welcoming.

Great property and location. Nicola offers a few options for rooms.. the larger room with balconies was booked so we had the room adjacent which still had a nice window view. It is a unique set up but clean, well maintained and close to taxi stand or walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. There is a Coin dept store across the street, a wonderful coffee shop just steps away. We cabbed to the Duomo but enjoyed our area as well. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. It is a bit noisy with traffic below so if that is a bother - wear earplugs.. I would stay here again and recommend ....
