As pictured Room was simple no amenities no frills basic basic Bathroom was nice no problem with hot water Bed was good needed 2 more pillows The AC unit turned off and on every 5 minutes and you can hear the elevator working through the wall all night and would consistently wake us up Communication with host was very good instructions on how to get access was very good Literally it was okay for the 2 nights we were in Milan
