The apartment, perfect for both tourists and business travellers, consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and furnished terrace.

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (table and chairs).

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the municipality, which is 3 euros per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
