We are extremely disappointed with our stay in Milan and feel that the listing was very misleading for the amount we paid. First, there is an extremely loud noise passing literally every 30 seconds throughout the day and night, and the entire building actually vibrates because of it. The host even provided earplugs upon arrival, which clearly shows they are fully aware of how serious the noise issue is. None of this was disclosed anywhere in the listing. Second, the property was advertised as being a 10-minute walk from the Duomo, when in reality it is closer to 50 minutes away. That is an enormous difference and completely inaccurate. Lastly, the listing stated there were two bathrooms, but there is only one bathroom in the apartment. The apartment is moldy and dirty , the host completely ignored all of my messages regarding this filthy property. These are major inaccuracies that significantly affected our experience, and we would never have booked this property had the listing been truthful. For the amount we paid, this situation is completely unacceptable, and we are requesting Expedia’s assistance in resolving this appropriately. Literally disgusting . DO NOT STAY HERE
