The property is located in the Porta Romana area, just a short walk from the M3 metro stop, in an area with plenty of amenities and excellent connections to the city centre. Attractions such as the Prada Foundation and the wonderful Carcano Theatre are just a few minutes away.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, chest of drawers, closet, and desk;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.

- The building does NOT have an lift; therefore, guests will need to climb stairs to access the apartment.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
