This hotel is a 3 stars hotel at its best. Many things missing. The amenities in the room are very limited. Just as an example they do not have glasses in the bathroom to brush your teeth. Never seen that in a hotel before. I’ve seen disposable cups but no glasses at all, it was a first. What really makes up for it is the staff. Very helpful and curious. They were what made our stay at hotel a pleasant one. The breakfast are very good too.

The queen-sized bed was perfect for 3 of us, with plenty of room, especially with my 3-year-old son who can take up most of the space. So was perfect if you have a toddler with you. The staff were amazing from start to finish, very helpful and friendly, and made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you.

We were looking for a place to stay outside of Milan with easy access to the transport system. This hotel met our needs. good location, easy walking distance to the centre of town, bars, restaurants, etc. train station 200m from hotel easy access to Milan and lake Como.

As our flight from Milan was cancelled we had to find a place to stay for an extra night. Hotel Cyrano had a good deal and good reviews so we decided to go here. It was fine value for money but it didn’t feel like a four star hotel. Breakfast was very average and the amenities in the room were limited. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi details and the 4G was rather poor in the hotel. We tried ringing reception but with no luck and as it was late we decided to leave it. The tv had Netflix but it wasn’t connected to the internet so we couldn’t use it. Bed was comfy enough but there was no sound insulation and so you could hear everyone’s conversations in the rooms next to you. Close to the train station and a short walk to the main town. Staff were friendly.

Very good for a short one night stay, had the basics we wanted and the bed was comfortable. Shower was powerful and warm. The only bad part was the breakfast, we barely ate any as it was not good, limited options and cheap items. Otherwise a good quick stay.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was a great value. Parking on site with breakfast. The area felt safe in general, but it's not next to anything special in particular. The room was non-smoking, but we could smell some smoke either from outside or from a neighboring room.

Hotel is walking distance to the Saronno train station. It also offered convenient car parking. Initially the room was not set up according to our booking, but the staff immediately fixed it and were helpful. Breakfast was decent--they even had some eggs.

Clean, modern. Good value for money.
Fine for an overnight stay, passing through. Attractive, modern interior. Clean, spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was satisfactory and was included in the price. The secure, underground car park was also included in the price, which was appreciated. The whole stay was good value for money. Didn’t feel very welcome tbh. The receptionist was a bit offhand and preoccupied, despite the fact that we were the only guests checking in at the time. Told us the bar - part of the open plan lobby - was open, although no one was serving and the area was in darkness. After a while of sitting there, ignored (reception still empty) we asked him directly if we could have a drink and he rather grudgingly obliged. Just a smile and some eye contact would’ve made a big difference!

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. It is very conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk to the train station, and only 30 minutes to beautiful Como Lake by train! We found out there is a laundry not far from the hotel where we could wash our clothes.

Eccellente il rapporto qualità - prezzo.Bagno nuovo ed elegante, idraulica perfetta,stanza pulita. Anche la colazione è preparata molto bene,con bar oltre al fornito buffet ed alla gentilezza di tre donne. Non ho trovato nulla di negativo e sfido chiunque ad avere tale trattamento con simile prezzo.

Receptionist the welcome was nice but the one as we left was not interested in hanging up the phone and just said "leave the key here" and kept on talkin... The bed was horrible (you could feel the springs from the old matress in your back) and the Tv was like a 20 Euro Version from Telefunken which couldnt connect to the phone and they only had italian program... alltogether they deserve 2 stars not 4....

1週間連泊しましたが、ホテルスタッフがとても親切で好印象でした。 少し古い設備も見受けられますが、部屋は綺麗で広く、朝食ビュッフェも非常に美味しく好印象です。 最寄駅のサロンノはマルペンサ空港やミラノ中心街へのアクセスが良く、ホテル周辺には商店がそれなりにあるので生活に困りません。

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel, nonostante fosse parzialmente in ristrutturazione è stato un soggiorno piacevole. Camere pulite e silenziose, parcheggio per l’auto, colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato e personale gentile.
