Very nice hotel, no sound of traffic and people, very quiet and relaxing surroundings with an amazing view of the lake from our room balcony. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Milan.

The shuttle was good the price was very expensive, the refrigerator never worked because maintenance never showed up.Staff stayed the maintenance man was not end ir they are going to send but nothing got fixed. The TV has one language...Italian I speak English.

The property was out of way and not convenient to dining or activity options. We were only there for one night so this was not a great inconvenience for us and the property did abut a small lake and was not entirely unpleasant. the parking garage was small and the access to the property limited. Our impression was that most of the other guests were workers on a local project rather than people on holiday. the rooms were decent with the exception of the inconvenient shower setup. the towel rack was at the rear of the tub and the shower in the middle so that you either had to stand in a small area at the front of the tub or with your back to the shower curtain. We did get the breakfast which was a continental buffet with good options and a coffee machine to make any coffee drink you desired. the staff were friendly and did open up a secondary room when the main room was full upon our arrival to breakfast.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal hier. Leider muss ich zugeben, dass die Qualität in den letzten Monaten nachgelassen hat. Es ist vielleicht übertrieben, aber die Beautypäckchen im Bad waren beim letzten Besuch ausgiebiger. Ist uns heute aufgefallen, da uns Nachmittags das Auto aufgebrochen wurde und alles geklaut wurde. Der Föhn ist ständig auseinander gefallen. Das Frühstück wurde jetzt woanders angeboten, aber leider nicht wirklich reichhaltig. Das Rührei war eiskalt. Bedienung haben wir auch erst nach dem Frühstück gesehen. Wir haben für Oktober bereits gebucht, hoffe, dass es dann wieder besser ist. Sonst wären wir dann das letzte Mal hier

Un hôtel avec un parking payant, un hôtel ou vous passez des nuits blanches, vous ne pouvez pas dormir, un hôtel qui fait payer des petits déjeuners alors que dès notre arrivée 'ois avons demandé à ne pas être facturé du petit déjeuner en car nous partions trop tôt le matin, une salle de bain avec une cuvette jaune, vous ne poivez pas vous endormir avant minuit et on vous réveil à 5h du matin et après 7h du matin. Imanginez dans quel état nous étions...

The hotel has a good price and breakfast is nice. But you have to be aware that you need a car/taxi to go to the metro station. It's a bit far from the nearest metro or bus to the centre. If you like canoeing on the small lake you're in the right area though. People were nice but nearest diner option 1 km away..
