The property is located just 150 metres from the Zara stop on the M3 subway line (which takes you to the Duomo and city centre in just a few minutes) and the brand-new M5 line (which takes you to the San Siro Stadium or the modern Garibaldi-Isola and Portello areas)!

The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.

The area is popular and frequented by young people, as it is home to gelaterias, bars, and pubs offering generous aperitifs and live music, such as the Blue Note—famous throughout Milan for its live music Jazz —or the Deus, a trendy spot located within a courtyard and known for its excellent Milanese aperitifs. Crossing Piazza Gae Aulenti, home to Italy’s tallest tower (which houses the Unicredit bank), you’ll reach Corso Como, known for being a pedestrian area full of trendy shops, bars, pubs, and nightclubs—a popular spot both day and night.
