The apartment is a bit old but very large for Italy and elegant in the old-fashioned way. There are some idiosyncrasies as the sinks are tub are slow and for example they didn't provide paper towels but if you don't mind grabbing some necessities from a store few minutes away, it's a great place to stay - very quiet and central area, you wake up with the birds singing.

Loving it and would go back again

The place was really great and we loved it. It is minutes away from Metro Station Moscova. We were lucky and we were able to do early checkin. It felt safe and secure because the property is inside a compound and you need a key to get in.when we opened the door the place is amazing it’s beautiful just what it likes on the pictures. Great amenities, feel comfortable we slept great. The place have a lot of restaurants and bar near by but there was no convenient store around the area that we could find. The only concern/complaint we have was the sink next to the tub is broken and leaking if use. There is one shower, you can use the tub for showering but then it will be messy and slippery on the floor. The shower drain was so slow on draining so you will be showering and your feet will be soaking on it. But other than that we loved it. One last thing is I’m not sure if I missed the instructions, we needed to leave the place at 345am to catch our flt. The instruction are leave the key at the table and we can open the doors going out by pressing buttons. Unfortunately the main gate we could not find the button or what to do to open it. So my friend had to hold the gate open and I run up to the room to leave the keys and run back down. Was afraid it would alarm and we would wake up the whole bldg lol but that did not happened. Other than that I don’t love and we will stay again at this place.

Not a good place for vacation

The reception desk was in another place we had to go to two different locations for the check in. It didn’t have air conditioning system and we had to carry our heavy luggage for 10 steps before we reached the elevator. When we tried to change the accommodations to an air conditioned one they were unable to assist as there there reservations office was closed. Toilet was not good and has so many insects like mosquitoes. It was summer so definitely we needed a better place. We had to book and pay for another accommodation in order to get some rest.

Appartement finalement indisponible, nous avons été prévenus 2 heures avant notre arrivée. Appartement de substitution qui ne correspondait pas à nos attentes (très bruyant dans le centre de Milan, à proximité d'une rue très passante et discothèque [12 Corso Como]. Difficultés de communication avec ItalianWay qui n'a pas voulu nous fournir les draps nécessaires pour le canapé lit ce qui nous a contraints dans les couchages. Odeur de cigarette à notre arrivée alors que l'appartement est supposé être non fumeur, et présence de mégots sur le rebord de fenêtre. Bouteille d'eau sous le canapé. Fenêtres et portes fenêtres mal fermées et donc insécurité.
