  • On the seventh and top floor of a contemporary building, this modern apartment with large panoramic terrace overlooking the Portello skyline combines comfort and atmosphere. The double bedroom is spacious and welcoming, with a smart TV, wardrobe and a comfortable desk for working in peace. The second bedroom houses a single bed with a pull-out bed, which is also perfect for families. The bright living area and fully equipped kitchen make every stay pleasant and functional. There are two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower.
    The heart of the house is the furnished terrace, an outdoor corner where you can enjoy breakfasts, dinners or aperitifs surrounded by a beautiful view of contemporary Milan, among plants, soft lights and outdoor furniture that invite you to relax.
    The apartment offers fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating, full linen and automatic access for maximum autonomy.
    The apartment is located in the Portello district, an area in constant evolution that stands out for its modern architecture, large green spaces and excellent connections with the rest of the city. The subway is easily accessible on foot in about 15 minutes, both with the purple line M5 (Portello stop) and with the red line M1 (stop QT8), in addition to the presence of numerous surface vehicles. Unpersonal house, no cosy atmosphere. But everything was there and in good order. We had problems in finding the house and get it to open, took 1 hour. Company was helpful, but a better indication beforehand would have been appreciated. Pretty hot in summer.
