The locks are old and were a little hard to get into but the property manager was very nice and walked us through getting the keys. Apartment is very big and comfortable but AC and laundry machine didn’t work

Appartement was very suitable and had everything you needed. Bed a little uncomfortable and there were problems with check in but the instructions were very organised

Good value, location; maintenance not great.

Location and size of the apartment were great, and it was nice to have a fill size refrigerator. However, maintenance wasn't great: the closet door was broken when I arrived (it was repaired during my stay), a chair had a broken leg, and the remotes for the air conditioners were intermittent (low battery?) Also the floor was quite dirty - I wasn't comfortable walking around without shoes.

Avevo prenotato per 3 posti letto. In struttura ho trovato solo 1 matrimoniale e un divano chiuso. Ho chiamato la reception: mi hanno chiesto di cercare delle lenzuola in armadio per farmi da solo il divano. Non avendo trovato nulla mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero risolto. Dopo due ore di attesa ho richiamato e ho rispiegato il problema. Il problema è stato risolto lasciandomi un pacco davanti al portone. Sono sceso e prendere il pacco e ho fatto il letto. Le foto della struttura descrivono una situazione talmente migliore della realtà che si potrebbe parlare di pubblicità ingannevole.

Awesome Milan Apartment

It was a very nice apartment close to the center. It was a 10 minute drive and walkable. It was decorated very modern. Check in was smooth and very professional. I would definitely stay there again.
