Good hotel friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Only downside is it looks likes a bit of a rough area outside and the breakfast is awful for the cost. I would recommend staying here though

The safe thought I didn’t speak Italian and was talking about me in front of my face and when I spoken up about it they had an attitude. They also raised issue about my friend wanting to put their bags in my room. If I prepaid for a room and I want to have guests am I not allowed to? The hotel was nice but I wouldn’t stay here just off the rudeness and customer service of the front desk staff.

Functional and clean hotel. Staff is helpful but a bit "cold". The area itself is convenient with public transport, otherwise it is not inviting.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful as I had incorrectly booked. But they corrected my error (even though they didn't have too) Cannot recommend highly enough 👍👍👍

Friendly staff and very close proximity to the metro station which is great, however for the price of the rooms, the cleanliness and standard of the rooms were not the best. House keeping never changed the bed sheets even when asked, the air conditioning did not work and the floor was dirty. The walls are not sound proof so you can hear everything happening next door to you. We had bought snacks which we left in our fridge and half of them went missing which was very odd.

Great staff, hotel rooms were a bit run down and floors weren’t the cleanest. Nice room otherwise. Only issue was that the walls are very thin so you can hear what’s happening in other people’s rooms….

The hotel is conveniently located within 3 min walking distance to the Metro. The hotel is clean, modern and spacious. Coffee bars and restaurants are close by.

There is no soundproof provision in this hotel. I have never had such bad experience. It felt as if other rooms were an extension to your own room. Horrendously noisy. It’s a shame because the crew is kind and the hotel looks new-ish. I didn’t have breakfast or ate in there. There is no desk if you want to work on your laptop. The mains plug is Italian standard. Only one European mains was available.

Basic hotel amenities, looks dated, average stay, very overpriced for what it offers. Stayed there for two weeks, bed sheets are not being changed, dirty wine glasses were not removed for days, pillow that fell behind the bed on day one- stayed there for the whole 14 days duration. Front desk staff is polite upon approach, but appeared indifferent . Convenient to Metro, 3-5 minutes away.

We were there for 3 nights, and 2 breakfasts.. great place even though it’s painted black still amazining!! It was almost like a new hotel.. 12-15 $ to Milano Centrale from hotel and super quick for pick up

Quite disappointed with the price I have paid. Not the best area around. Only good thing, it’s only few mins away from a metro station. Upon checking in, the fridge wasn’t working. Overall, not great experience and will never go back there!

Overall happy
Very nice hotel, great location. Rooms are nice and spacious, very clean. Only thing I did not like at all was that they did not have Irons &Ironing boards in roon.. you have to take all your clothes down to the basment to Iron which makes absolutely no sense to me. If it wasn't for that I would recommend 10/10

My family stayed in the hotel for 5days. Only best this about the property is it's location. Easy connectivity to all amenities including metro and other transport. Hotel switch off the Air conditioning in the middle of night. Fridge isnt working . Poor housekeeping. Terrible smell in the bath towels. Inspite of repeated requests they didn't bother to replace the fridge. They shouldn't be classified as 4*. Horrendous experience.

The location was convenient but felt really unsafe, lots of creepy men hanging about and staring, the room was good and bed was comfy but lots of things were falling apart such as the door handles and bathroom, had a footprint stain on my pillow also. Otherwise it was okay.
