The apartment was in a nice neighborhood. There was no toilet paper. The floors were dirty. The manager did not respond quickly to any questions or requests.

The host who met us was wonderful but when we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Additionally, the air conditioners were not working and they were not fixed until 3 days later and then only one was fixed. The host did get 2 fans delivered to our apartment but we had to put them together and they were gone when we came back a couple days after our initial check in. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
