All our rooms go from 20mq to 35mq and they offer enough space to relax. They all follow the idea of cozy and comfortable room linked to the concept of Boutique Hotel. Unfortunately, our staff did not receive any complaint from you regarding the size of the room assigned. That day we still had some other rooms available in our Hotel and in case of any problem encountered with the one assigned we would have been more than happy to assist you and accord the change to a more suitable one, definitely free of charges.We are really sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with our Buffet Breakfast, too. It is served every morning from 7am until 10:30am and the choice is very varied: croissants, homemade cakes, yoghurt, cold cuts and cheeses, smoked salmon and much more! We always try, starting from breakfast, to meet the needs of our guests, satisfying every request also regarding food intolerances. Also in this case, we were told that you acceded the breakfast room around 10:30AM the morning of your stay with us, right at the end of the timing our restaurant serves breakfast. Probably, this is the reason why you were not able to find so much variety among the hot options.Last but not least, we are sorry you found our rates too high. We would like to inform you that our rates depend on the period and we should have to consider staying in the city center of Milan during high season. In fact the dates of your reservation were referring to the same days of the F1 Grand Prix in Monza.In the end, we would like to thank you for taking the time to review and for any comments you wrote. Our hotel is 200m from Duomo and all the shops and the main attractions are just walking distance.Despite the location, we are very sorry to hear about the rates given on our breakfast. We serve it from 7 until 10:30 everyday free of charge as it is not included in the price you pay but just an extra offered from the hotel and all our products are fresh and with high quality.
