DO NOT BOOK WITHTHIS HOST!
Our Milan (accommodation) experience was ruined by this host and the Air Conditioning. The apartment listed A/C in the unit and when arriving to the apartment in Milan on May 22, 2026; we found out that the building management controlled the A/C in the unit. In other words, NO AC during our stay. Although it was listed on Vrbo as with AC in the unit. This was also promised by the host that it would be fixed by the next day. I found out the A/C could not be turned on. Mind you, this also happened during a heat wave. We slept with the door and windows open at night, which was a huge safety concern for us and we could not fully get a good night sleep due to the outside noise. We spent our nights sweating during our sleep. I even had to suggest to the host to provide us with a fan, the least he could do for us under the circumstances. The host also declined talking to us via telephone when inquiring for assistance. Be ready to text only!
The bathroom was moldy in the shower, and it also smelled moldy. The towels provided were microfiber material, so be ready to spend time drying yourselves.
The apartment is in a great diverse location with places to dine and drink.
The apartment was spacious, with a kitchen and balcony.
The host wasn't accommodating given the circumstance.
It did not meet our expectations. Needs work in customer service when attending to his guests.
Thankfully, Vrbo compensated us for the inconvenience.
