I was not happy with the cleanliness of the furniture in my room. Thr orange couch was dirty!!! Also, the supplies were not refilled the 2nd day we were there - why not!??

We loved our stay here! Hotel is immaculate and staff are so welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean with fresh bedsheets everyday. Good options for breakfast in the morning too. Transport links to get into Milan centrale only 10 minute walk away. A number of restaurants nearby too - I recommend you go to L’Immagine Bistrot for dinner. Overall very happy with our stay!

A little far from the center. But to tell the truth, the attentive staff and the quality of the room make the distance to the center of Milan becomes a mere small detail. One more important detail to be mentioned: I suggested that they could have a coffee machine in the room and on the same day we were given a Nespresso!!! Wonderful. Thank you all.

Great stay, cab cost about £20 each way from Milano Centrale Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay Staff were super friendly and everyone spoke English, were able to help with even the most unusual requests

We had a reservation at another hotel that turned out to be a disaster. We booked the Milan Suite that night and it was the best decision we made. The staff is incredibly friendly, the restaurant staff went out of their way to serve us. The room we chose was huge and everything was super clean. It's not close but we used Uber without any problem. Thank you all.

The property and rooms themselves were outstanding - large, and very well appointed . We dined in a couple of nights and the food and service were outstanding quality and value. The only negative is the location - its a good €20-€30 out of town and the traffic in and around Milan central a nightmare.

Very nice property. The staff was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Food was very fresh and clean. This hotel accommodations are great. It’s not close to many tourist areas. But with the taxi there’s no problem getting to and from all the tourist attractions, we really enjoyed our stay here
