Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I made a reservation for this unit three months before my trip to Milan. Five days before arrival, it was cancelled by the host with the purported reason "environmental." I had to make a last-minute scramble to get replacement lodgings. This is extraordinarily poor business practice.
