A bright and comfortable 50-square-meter apartment for 4 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with an lift. The property is located in the “Acquabella” area, just a stone’s throw from Piazzale Susa, in a quiet residential area that is nonetheless well-equipped with all major amenities and well-served by public transport (the Dateo station on the railway bypass is about a 10-minute walk away).

The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, armchair, double sofa bed, and access to the veranda;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe, and small desk;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- VERANDA with a small table and stools.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the living area and bedroom), TV, clothesline, heating, washing machine, dryer, iron, clothes rack, and hair dryer.
