Spacious and bright three-room apartment furnished with quality furniture just 15 minutes walk from the Duomo, 3 minutes by subway. Parquet floors throughout the house, air conditioning and wifi. Two large bedrooms and a living room with a comfortable dining table. Kitchen in a separate room fully equipped. Overlooking the internal courtyard of a period building, on the 3rd floor NO elevator, it is very quiet, away from traffic noise but immersed in the heart of Milan. . City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Great location. Very convenient to everything. Wifi is great. Bare minimum kitchen. 4 story walk -up. We, strangely, had problems with mosquitos- it was too bad that we couldn't leave any windows open. Shower drain was fine, but other sink drains worked very poorly

Great location, roomy and light apartment

The apartment is airy and light! Lots of window that let in natural light. The extra courtyard entry add a feeling of security. Everything you need is there and the location is perfect! Walking distance to the Duomo, with plenty of food options and a playground just steps away. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great! It was spacious as well as comfortable for the 4x of us. The only reason for a star deduction was the communication on checking in and for sure checking out. I did not receive the checkin link until an hour prior to check-in and it came after a bit of wrangling through WhatsApp. Communication on checking out was none existent. I just made up was was safe, fair, and effective. I tried every way to communicate with the host(s) with no answer until I was gone. The anxiety of what to do when on your last day is less then ideal.

The communication was great, from the start Leonardo was very attentive and communicative. Then Andrea was lovely, he gave us easy to follow instructions to get the keys, shared some restaurants recommendations, was very attentive to an issue we had with a bed and organised a fixer almost immediately... and welcomed us with a breakfast basket. The property was clean and warm, the kitchen was fully equipped for basic cooking, we found everything we needed and felt very safe and comfortable. The flat is on a 3rd floor, but the stairs weren't an issue for us. The building is clean and quiet, we never got to see anyone around. The location is great with a Metro station and tram stops just around the corner. There are local coffee shops, supermarkets and bakeries at walking distance.

Nous n'avions,aucune indication pour identifier l'appartement, localiser la boîte à clés. Our messages the day after our arrival via WhatsApp about a blocked drain in the bathroom basin were not ackowledged nor answered. The problem was never fixed and we could not use the basin throughout our stay. The communication with the host AND the person in charge was particularly faulty.
