Living room and kitchen

The apartment opens out to a spacious and modern living room, furnished with a sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs and a wooden cabinet with a flat screen TV. The eat-in kitchen is located next to the living room and is provided with all comforts (oven, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) and a small table for 2 people.

Both the living area and the kitchen have windows and thus benefit from ample natural light. Last but not the least, the living room comes with a small balcony with picturesque views of the neighbourhood.



Bedroom and bathroom

The corridor takes to the night area. Here you find the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a big wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The fully equipped bathroom is a bright combination of orange and yellow; it also comprises an oversize shower stall.



CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



1. SELF CHECK-IN: FREE

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED



-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
