In compliance with current Italian regulations, the maximum stay allowed is 30 nights.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – EXTERNAL FACADE WORKS
Renovation works on the building’s exterior façade are scheduled to begin on March 9th, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 3 months.
A scaffold will be installed along the front side of the building for the entire duration of the works. On certain days, it may be necessary to keep curtains and/or shutters closed to minimise any inconvenience related to dust or the activity of the work team.
These works concern only the exterior and do not affect the interior spaces, which remain fully accessible, comfortable, and well maintained as always.

The apartment is suitable for children and has no age restrictions. However, it is located on the fifth floor and features a French balcony. For this reason, adults must pay close attention to children when windows are open and ensure that no objects are placed in a way that could fall.
