"The room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. I gave 3 stars for maintenance because the first night we could not sleep, air conditioning was not working and it was very hot. I called front desk and the lady said she could fix it from there. The next day we left very early but before leaving we told a lady at front desk about the air conditioning to check it out. We came around 7pm and the air did not work. They sent someone to check but it still did not work. We got a call from the reception that we could move to another room with un upgrade, (appreciated). The other complain is that our room was in front of the street and you could hear every time the metro or train passed by."
