Welcome to my little balcony apartment in Old Milan!

The apartment is located in a typical Milanese building and is the last one on the balcony, a feature that makes it private, quiet, and equipped with a small private terrace.

It’s a cosy and functional space, consisting of:

a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed

a bathroom with a shower

a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeper sofa

The house is conveniently located near the city centre and the Navigli, very close to the Assago Forum, and has excellent access to Linate Airport.

🚋 Transport

Tram 3 stops right outside the house: it takes about 15 minutes to reach the Duomo

A 15-minute walk takes you to the Navigli

Tram 3 (Duomo, Navigli) and Tram 15 (Corso Italia, Piazza Fontana) run until 2:00 a.m.

Bus 95 – 91 – 90

Green Line MM2 subway at the Abbiategrasso and Famagosta stations

Tibaldi railway branch line, convenient for Monza and Linate Airport

The area is quiet and liveable, with a dog park just a few metres away—ideal for those travelling with pets.

For relaxation, Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Music are included.
