This central and welcoming apartment with 4 comfortable beds offers the ideal solution for holidays or business stays thanks to the fast WIFI. It is located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant building, a few steps from the vibrant Isola district, full of restaurants and attractions.
The cozy and quiet apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by an elegant living area where you will find a brand new sofa bed with a comfortable 18cm double mattress, a 43-inch 4K smart TV with Netflix for guests' use and a large and elegant dining table. The functional open plan peninsula kitchen is complete with the main appliances including oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave, has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes or prepare a delicious breakfast at home. Built into the kitchen cabinet, you will also find a washing machine with detergent supplied, to do laundry during your stay (a drying rack, iron and ironing board are also provided). Continuing along the corridor, you will find the bathroom on the right, complete with a bathtub with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer and a window for air circulation. Furthermore, a welcome kit consisting of shampoo and shower gel will be provided free of charge. To conclude the apartment is the spacious bedroom, far from the noise of the city, which will guarantee you absolute rest thanks to a king size bed with memory foam mattress. All the windows in the house are equipped with shutters which guarantee, if desired, total darkness. Furthermore, thanks to the large walk-in closet, you will have maximum comfort whatever the length of your stay. The house is equipped with fully centralized underfloor heating and there is 1GB fiber optic Wi-Fi, particularly high-performance for managing various connected devices and for smart working. IMPORTANT: The preparation of the beds occurs as follows:
1-2 guests > ONLY 1 double bed in the bedroom.
3-4 guests > 1 double bed in 1 bedroom + sofa bed in the living room.
If you are only 2 guests, there is the possibility of having 2 separate beds at an additional cost of €25 to cover the costs of linen for the sofa bed, to be paid before check-in.
