9.8/10 Exceptional! (130 reviews)
All of the front desk staff understood English (Russian and Romanian) which made check-in/out easy. The room was large and luxurious with a small balcony. The shower had great pressure and temperature. Daily bottle of water, coffee, and toiletries provided. This was definitely a high-end hotel. It's centrally located and about a 10 minute walk to the main square.

"Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the money Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, and we were not informed in advance that the hotel turns it off toward the end of the summer. The room was unbearably hot, making it difficult to feel comfortable. ..."
