    Fernwood Guesthouse Highview Room - #2 of 2 This guest room is an ideal choice for travelers seeking a quiet country setting convenient to the Dreams Park which is less than a ten-minute drive. This inviting offering is located very close to Arnold Lake, where one can launch a rooftop boat and enjoy fishing or paddling.

    Your host keeps animals - horses, dogs, cats, and a pig on the property.

    This guesthouse has 2 guest rooms - each with a private entrance. You are renting only the Highview Room with a queen bed located on the second floor, while the Garden Room with a queen bed is on the first floor - available to rent separately. Each guest room has a private entrance and private bath. A microwave and coffee pot are included for each room. A common patio area with outside seating and an outdoor grill is provided for guests. Guests are welcome to use the large yard.

    Your host is on-site if you need assistance. You will have as much privacy in your room as you would in a hotel room.

Cozy and close to Cooperstown

We had a great stay at Fernwood with amazing hosts. The room was perfect for us to travel back and forth to Dreams Park for games, or take a break and relax between them. It is a beautiful area.

My son and I enjoyed our time nestled in the hills. The room was neat, clean. The nights were peaceful and beautiful. The animals were fun to see. My older son was at Dreams Park and the ride is very quick. Fernwood was a home away from home with everything I needed for my stay.

Great! Quiet, clean and peaceful environment. Friendly hosts. Just a few minutes from CDP. The room would benefit from a tiny bit more light. :)

Comfortable and Quiet Place Near Cooperstown Dream Park

Had everything I needed for a trip as a parent/fan of a child competing at Cooperstown Dream Park. Only about 10 minutes away, I could quickly get back to unwind after a long day at the ballfields, or have someplace to retreat to during rain delays and schedule changes that went on during the tournament. Also, just steps away from the gorgeous Lake Arnold, and with plenty of on-property animals to keep things interesting.

This was a good place to stay while my son was at a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The room was just as shown on the pictures, and the AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

Leon is a great host and his setup had everything I needed to enjoy the week watching my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property is 10-12 minutes from the ball park so it was easy to run back to the room between games.
