"The staff who checked me in was very nice and very helpful over the process took an inordinately long time. They were confused about the kind of room I had booked and my request to be on the first floor.
I had to ask for extra towels and extra toilet paper the room was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen in my eyes. There was pubic hair on the bedspread and in the shower area."
