About this property

New Family Friendly Home in Mill Valley

  • Built in 2019, a contemporary home w/ 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, backyard with built in grill and seating + astro turf play yard and parking for 3+ cars in private driveway. Nest heating, washer/dryer, ultra high speed wireless, 70inch TV w/ Full cable package + Apple TV etc, integrated AV w/ Sonos sound system, kitchen w/ high-end appliances and fixtures, office, living room, open kitchen/dining/living rooms, high-end finishes + a orb fireplace.

    Available for weekly, partial or full summer rental from June 24-August 15.

    We are located in Tam Valley; 4min from route 101, 8min from downtown Mill Valley, 5min from Tennessee Valley Trailhead, 15min from Muir Beach and 30min from Stinson Beach. Easy access to hiking, biking and running trails.
