The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming renovated and air-conditioned house with a jacuzzi for rent in Millencourt-en-Ponthieu. It has a surface area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a lovely 100 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we look forward to welcoming you to this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 100 m² living room with a double sofa bed (160×200), TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed (90×190)
- A bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A terrace with tables, deckchairs, barbecue and jacuzzi for up to 4 people (open from April to October depending on weather conditions. Dates not contractual)
- A beautiful 500 m² open shared garden

The house is ideally located in Millencourt-en-Ponthieu, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
