My only issue was I did not have tissues the last day! However, they cleaned the room every day, which many places do not do anymore, and I left a nice tip for Esmeralda, who was lovely!

The location is perfect! The only thing that I was disappointed about is that when I made the reservation, I selected a room with a city view. We were given a room on the 5th floor with visibility that did not compare to what was advertised on the website. Other than that, everything was clean, staff very helpful, and the cost was reasonable for the number of days we stayed.

"Lovely, clean facility with very helpful and pleasant staff. Restaurant food was tasty, lobby comfortable with fun things for families to do. Only issue was room had double beds instead of queens. Too small for even average size woman and 100 lb 13 yo to share one bed."
