Our Shorebird Way-Brand New Family-Friendly, 4 bedroom Home by the Shore

Your cozy getaway awaits in Millsboro at this amazing house. Our Shorebird Way is a one-story home that optimizes living space with an open kitchen overlooking the living and dining room. This 1,774 sqft home offers four bedrooms, two full baths and a two-car garage. As you enter the home from your porch, a queen guest bedroom and bunk room featuring a twin over full bunk with twin trundle bed share the same bath and are separated from the living area. Continuing down the hallway, the well-appointed kitchen comes with a large island, modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an ample corner pantry. The owner’s suite, located in the back of the home for privacy, has an en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The playroom /game room is tucked away at the side of the home with a queen sleeper sofa and 65” TV with NES, PS3 and Nintendo Switch. Conveniently located off the two-car garage is the laundry room complete with a washer and dryer. Enjoy the additional living room space with a comfy queen sofa bed. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all sheets and pillow cases from beds used. Wash and dry bedding. Please place clean bedding on top of appropriate bed. No need to fold or make beds. Cleaning crew will make beds.
Please wash all bath towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, hand towels and beach towels. Towels may stay in dryer. Cleaning crew will fold and put away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
