New and clean. Helpful staff. Hallways depressing. Room was tiny. Even the sliding bathroom door could not open all the way.

Great location, friendly staff, generous breakfast. The room was cleaned but the bathroom had a sewage smell.

Location ! Right on Times Square! The room was dusty , some outlets were not working , elevator too small but there is 2 elevators ! Staff was nice !

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything I needed. After long days walking around New York, it was a great place to come back to and actually relax. The location was perfect for my trip. It’s extremely close to the subway, which made getting around the city really easy, and it’s also within walking distance of food, shops, and anything else you might need. Being close to Gantry Plaza State Park was a huge bonus too — it made for a beautiful walk and a great view of Manhattan. Overall, this was a convenient, comfortable, and reliable place to stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially for easy subway access and a quieter home base outside the busiest parts of Manhattan.
