"I wanted to reach out and share some feedback regarding my recent stay. The location was absolutely perfect and near everything. More importantly, the staff members, Sara and Herman (I believe that was his name, and I apologize if I misremembered), were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly great, provided me with all the necessary details, and offered excellent customer service. They were very, very courteous and friendly. I would truly come back just to be assisted by them again. On a personal note, I also loved hearing the song "Stephanie" by George Benson during my time there. Thank you for a wonderful experience. "Carol was an excellent host. Great communication. The Suite is stocked with everything we needed for out stay. Great location on a dead end street close to a market and wonderful restaurants on the water close by too. This is one of the best VRBO's we have been lucky enough to find. "For a bare bones, inexpensive motel, the Hyannis Host Inn was quiet, very clean and had most things you would expect to find in such a motel. The only problem we had was the noise of the AC, which kept going off and on throughout the night, which is typical in such establishments. The bed and pillows were only mediocre comfortable, but adequate. Plenty of inexpensive dining options available nearby."

"The Chapter House is an absolutely charming Inn with a rich history and period elegance. Our experience began with some very attentive and inviting attention from Bill, who was the manager at check-in. He had already communicated that our room was ready and he immediately made us feel at home. He took us personally to our room, which was in the Carriage House and it was cozy and completely charming with a sumptuous King bed......great sleep! What is really charming about the Chapter House are the grounds, which include a large golf-green like lawn and patio deck with ample seating and places to relax. And lastly, a six-seater bar with great drink menu and nosh, and Bill bakes the most amazing chocolate croissants! Fabulous stay and we can't wait to go back!"
