"Wonderful place to stay. Renee and Deborah were excellent hosts. Each room has A/C which is super quiet. We loved the chilled fridge outside our room with fresh, cold water. Cookies in our room each day. Wonderful breakfasts each morning gave us a good start to our day. There are places nearby to shop or eat, which I always look for in a place to stay. Sometimes my husband wants to rest and I don't feel like taking the car anywhere."

"Great place. We were so pleased with how much the space accommodated our family and friends. We were able to enjoy great meals at home, time outside, and walks down the street for morning coffee or dinner. Place was clean and well stocked. And, when we had an issue with the door, it was resolved very quickly and they communicated well in the meantime. I would definitely recommend or stay here again."

"This lovely cottage on 6A is all you need. Perfectly appointed, it has all the amenities in a small space. Great location, easy walking to the Audubon Preserve and gorgeous Bone Hill Beach with views of Sandy Neck. Highly recommended."

"Carol was an excellent host. Great communication. The Suite is stocked with everything we needed for out stay. Great location on a dead end street close to a market and wonderful restaurants on the water close by too. This is one of the best VRBO's we have been lucky enough to find. "The Chapter House is an absolutely charming Inn with a rich history and period elegance. Our experience began with some very attentive and inviting attention from Bill, who was the manager at check-in. He had already communicated that our room was ready and he immediately made us feel at home. He took us personally to our room, which was in the Carriage House and it was cozy and completely charming with a sumptuous King bed......great sleep! What is really charming about the Chapter House are the grounds, which include a large golf-green like lawn and patio deck with ample seating and places to relax. And lastly, a six-seater bar with great drink menu and nosh, and Bill bakes the most amazing chocolate croissants! Fabulous stay and we can't wait to go back!"
