In its 240 m2 living space, this fully air-conditioned villa provides accommodation for 7 + 1 guests. The villa features altogether 4 spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms, three of which are located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms feature a double bed and share an exit to the terrace offering partial sea view, while one bedroom has to single beds available. The remaining bedroom with one single bed is located on the ground floor of the villa. Each bedroom features a lovely ensuite bathroom with shower enclosure. A separate toilet is also at the guests' disposal.



The ground floor of the villa consists of a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge. The sun-soaked kitchen has access to a covered, spacious terrace, an ideal place for relaxation during the warm summer days and nights. The basement of Villa Makarac is also air-conditioned and contains a tennis table as well as a variety of toys for children. The charming interior of the villa is airy and cosy, promising a lovely family holiday.



The beautifully landscaped, 538 m2 large courtyard is fully fenced and filled with greenery. Guests can refresh themselves in the private pool (25 m2) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers at any time of day or prepare meals for family and friends on the outdoor charcoal grill whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of the bay.
