As one of only four houses in Lučice Bay, Luxury Villa Kate promises unparalleled privacy with its beach in front, private parking, and boat berth. The stone-made exclusive villa offers breathtaking sea views. The villa has been decorated in shabby chick style and named by our host, Kate, who has personally decorated it by carefully planning each detail.

Luxury Villa Kate is the perfect choice, whether you seek a tranquil escape akin to Robinson Crusoe with endless days on pristine beaches or a convenient base for exploring Brač, Split, and other islands.

We will welcome you with a welcome package with local cookies and fruits as a welcome gesture. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay, ensuring everything is taken care of and you experience a truly memorable experience.
