We weren’t able to have our room serviced for two days. The Front Desk stated that they were understaffed. I thought this was odd as the housekeeper serviced the room across the hall one day and the room right next to us on the other.

I was disappointed at check-in. We arrived at 3:00pm. Upon arrival I was told the our room was not ready, yet the family members we traveled with were checked in immediately. The clerk stated that check-in was at 4:00pm, she took my phone number and stated we would be contacted when the room was ready. We remained in the lobby area waiting for our room. What I found interesting was that at least 6 parties arrived and were provided check-in. After seeing this, I inquired twice about the status of our room and each time was told our room was not ready. Just prior to 4:00pm I again inquired about the status of our room and at that time was allowed to check in. After checking in and arriving at our room I received a text at 4:02pm stating our room was ready! The check-in process definitely was discouraging!
Upon check-in we were told our room was upgraded due to our waiting. As feedback the room was not that impressive. We travel to Denver routinely and most likely will look at our options in the future.
