"Decent resort. Unfortunately the first room they gave us had people still in it when we opened the door…surprise!!! Was hoping they would perhaps upgrade our room because of the issue but no luck. "Naomi accommodated us with a beautiful room, celebrating our anniversary! She had the staff sign a Happy Anniversary card and placed it on our door when we returned from dinner at the Lookout grill.
