Sehr schönes und gut augestattetes Haus direkt in Nähe des Strandes. Für Atlantikliebhaber optimal. Platz für Auto und Fahrräder auch vorhanden. Klare Empfehlung

Schönes Haus in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Strand

In mimizan gibt es kaum eine bessere Lage zum Süd-Strand. Sehr sauber und super ausgestattet.

Un séjour au top à deux pas de l'océan

La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée, bien décorée, au calme et idéalement placée. Nous avons beaucoup apprecié.

Haus der schönen Überraschung 😍

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem toll eingerichteten Cottage. Es fehlte an nichts. Es ist eingezäunt und uneinsichtbar. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz man muss nur über die große Düne. Dahinter Strand, Strand und Meer👍 Wir würden dieses Cottage sofort wieder buchen aber dann für vier Wochen. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr nett.

Un très agréable logement

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans une station à taille humaine. Les environs proches pas extraordinaires mais le logement était parfaitement à notre goût, un très bon goût. Dommage l odeur parfois de l usine de papier! Mais on y reviendrait bien volontiers

Le cottage loue etait superbeau bien amenage et a 2 pas de la mer.En plus le locataire etait tres chalereux et on a ete super bien acceuilli.On reviendra certainement👍

Alles bestens!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend vom Vermieter dieses schön eingerichteten Häuschens empfangen. Es liegt in einer ordentlichen und angenehm ruhigen Lage, nur ganz wenige Gehminuten, vom Strand entfernt. Das Ortszentrum mit Markthalle, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften liegt fußläufig schnell zu erreichen entfernt; man ist nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die Zimmer im Haus sind bestens aufgeteilt und geräumig. Die Küche lädt ein, sich selbst gut und angenehm zu versorgen und selbst zu bekochen; wobei nach unserer persönlichen Empfindung, ein paar kleine Küchenhelfer mehr vorhanden sein könnten. Der Grundstücksbereich ist groß genug und abgeschlossen, um das eigene Auto sicher zu parken. Tisch und Stühle im Aussenbereich laden ein, sichtgeschützt draußen zu sitzen; jedoch sind die Aussenstühle für uns selbst nicht sehr rückenfreundlich gewesen. Alles in allem, haben wir uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank und a bientot!

Tolles Häuschen nur 50 Meter vom Ozean entfernt!

Die Strandlage und das Häuschen sind wirklich super. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und ein Grill stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Mimizan als Gegend eignet sich jedoch nur als Badeurlaub und ist z.B. mit Côte d'Azur sicherlich nicht zu vergleichen! ;)

Un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison très pratique, très bien agencée et très propre. A quelques mètres de la plage pour ne rien gâcher. Accueil du propriétaire très agréable et très sympathique. Je recommande sans restriction !

Schöne Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Unterkunft war sauber und sehr wohnlich. Check-in Vorgang hätte kommunikativ etwas besser laufen können, aber lief immer noch gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Jolie maison très bien située

Jolie petite maison décorée avec soin, bien agencée avec de nombreux rangements. Sa proximité à la plage et au centre est très appréciable. Le propriétaire est très à l écoute et réactif. On reviendra avec plaisir!
