"Nice hotel near the beaches. Not much else to do in the town, a few restaurants, and bars, that’s it. But the long beach is good with at least one decent beach restaurant (Plagette, ate there, not bad at all). Hotel has parking place behind it with code, cant be reserved, but quite a few places. Breakfast was good with variety (ie not continental). Our room had even a terrace towards the sea, not that much use though. Air cond works well, bathroom and overall very clean. "Hotel L’Escalet is a must stay. Ideally located minutes from the beach and only 15 minutes drive from St Tropez a great base foe exploring the area. The facilities are great and the pool was wonderful. However the real difference were the staff, so helpful and accomodating. We normally don’t travel this far south on our visits to France but be assured we will be back."

"Large nicely air conditioned room with good size shower room and a little kitchenette. It’s a dog-friendly property which is awesome. Plenty of room in the underground carpark! The reception hours are limited, as advertised. Unfortunately, the “out of hours” number listed was not in operation. We needed to leave very early and forgot that we would need a key to access the carpark. We left the keys in our room (absolutely our error; we should have taken them at that stage and then dropped them in a discreet little drop box on exiting the carpark) and closed the door before realizing we couldn’t get to our car. There was nobody around and the out of hours number had a recording to try again later. We sat outside until the reception staff arrived and helped us out. It wasn’t the end of the world but would have been dramatic had we left something essential or had a flight to catch. Limited reception hours even in high season are one thing; not answering the phone is not acceptable. We recommend the property as good value for a motel experience, especially if you’re travelling with a pet. But learn from our lesson about early departure!"

"I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel was incredible. Their amenities and facilities were some of the best I’ve ever seen, but what stood out was the services/customer experience. Highly recommend staying at the pool suite, Viktor & Mattieu made our stay phenomenal to say the least."
